Founded in late 2022 by industry expert Pete Mersh, TED officially launched its products in 2024. The company is built on over a decade of experience in the digital showering market and more than 25 years in the wider bathroom sector.

We are proud to be the only brand in the UK dedicated solely to digital products, setting us apart in both innovation and design. Our products are distributed through trusted partners and are available exclusively in bricks-and-mortar showrooms across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. This ensures that customers receive premium products supported by expert guidance from local specialists.
Behind the brand is a dedicated team. Owen Butcher, Operations Manager, brings a wealth of experience in the bathroom sector and oversees operations, technical support, and stock management. Karen Mersh, Director, manages invoices, credit control, and supplier relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are also proud to have recently appointed Tim Powell as a part-time Finance Consultant. Having previously worked with Pete at a prior business, Tim brings over a decade of experience in the bathroom industry and as a CFO. He is supporting us through our rapid growth plan, ensuring the right structures are in place at every stage.
